IT Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) Dubai
Running your office IT without a support plan in place means the next outage sets your own staff scrambling. An IT Annual Maintenance Contract with SAS IT Services puts a five-person engineering team on call for your business — flat annual pricing, a documented 30-minute first-response SLA, and engineers who already know your setup.
We've delivered 500+ projects for 100+ business clients across Dubai since 2020. Most of them started with a one-off project; most of them are now on an AMC because it worked out cheaper and less stressful than calling someone new every time something broke.
What's Covered Under Our IT AMC
Our AMC is not a remote-only helpdesk. It covers the full stack a Dubai office typically runs on:
On-site and remote support Unlimited remote support tickets plus scheduled and emergency on-site visits. Engineers dispatched across Business Bay, DIFC, Downtown, JLT, Dubai Marina, JBR, Al Quoz, Deira, Bur Dubai, and wider UAE for multi-site clients.
Network and infrastructure Routers, switches, firewalls, and access points — we configure, monitor, and support whatever is installed. We deploy and support equipment from Cisco, Fortinet, UniFi, and MikroTik; if you have something else on site, tell us and we'll confirm coverage before you sign.
Server and storage Physical and virtual servers (Dell EMC, HPE, Lenovo), NAS devices (Synology), and backup solutions (Veeam). Scheduled health checks, patch management, and hardware fault response included.
Endpoints Desktops, laptops, and workstations. OS updates, antivirus, hardware troubleshooting, and replacement coordination. We carry spare parts for common failures so most fixes don't wait on a courier.
Microsoft 365 and cloud services User provisioning, licence management, email troubleshooting, Teams/SharePoint support, and OneDrive backup configuration.
IP telephony and VoIP Yealink, Grandstream, and Yeastar systems. Extension changes, call routing, firmware updates, and fault resolution.
CCTV and access control Hikvision, Dahua, and ZKTeco systems covered under AMC. Scheduled health checks, camera faults, and access control user management.
UPS and power protection APC and compatible UPS units — battery testing, replacement coordination, and fault alerts included.
Response Times
Priority | Description | First Response |
|---|---|---|
P1 – Critical | Server, network, or phone system down; business stopped | 30 minutes |
P2 – High | Multiple users affected; significant productivity impact | 2 hours |
P3 – Normal | Single user issue, non-urgent request | Next business day |
P4 – Scheduled | Planned changes, new-user setups, moves | Agreed date |
Response is by phone and remote connection. On-site dispatch follows once remote triage confirms it's needed — this keeps your waiting time down, not up.
How Pricing Works
We quote AMCs on a flat annual fee based on your device count, site count, and what's in scope. No per-ticket charges, no hourly rates during the contract, no surprise invoices when a fault turns out to be more complex than expected.
We'll ask you for:
Number of servers, network devices, and endpoints
Number of sites (and which areas of Dubai / UAE)
Services in scope (full list or specific lines only)
Any existing warranties or vendor support contracts to work around
Most AMCs for a 20–50 person Dubai office land between AED 18,000 and AED 45,000 per year depending on scope. We publish this range because vague pricing wastes everyone's time — your actual quote may be outside it if your environment is unusually complex or unusually simple.
Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if we need support outside business hours? Critical (P1) issues are covered around the clock. For P2 and below, we agree out-of-hours terms during scoping — some clients want full 24/7, others are fine with next-morning response for non-critical faults. We price it into the contract rather than charging separately each time.
Do we have to replace all our existing equipment to get an AMC? No. We audit what's on site and flag anything that's end-of-life or likely to cause problems; you decide what to replace and on what timeline. We won't refuse a contract because your hardware isn't brand-new, but we will be upfront if something is a risk.
Can we add or remove devices mid-contract? Yes. Additions are prorated; removals are noted and reflected at renewal. We don't lock you into a device count that no longer matches your business.
We already have a vendor warranty on some equipment. Does that conflict with an AMC? No — we work alongside vendor warranties. In most cases we handle the fault triage and lodging the warranty claim on your behalf, which is faster than doing it yourself.
What's the minimum contract length? Twelve months, billed annually. We don't offer month-to-month AMCs; the model only works if we can plan resource and keep pricing flat.
We're a small team — do we need an AMC or is ad-hoc support fine? Honestly, it depends. If you have fewer than five devices and one site, ad-hoc might cost you less. If you have a server, a network, and staff who can't work when either is down, an AMC is almost always cheaper than emergency call-out rates and the downtime that comes with slower response.
Who actually does the work? Our own five-person team — the same engineers who scoped the contract. We don't subcontract.
