Service Scope and Delivery
All engagements are governed by a project-specific scope of work outlining deliverables, timelines, assumptions, and dependencies.
Any material scope changes are reviewed and approved before implementation to avoid delivery risk and cost ambiguity.
- Network, security, CCTV, cloud, and infrastructure services as contracted
- Defined milestones, acceptance criteria, and handover documentation
- Structured communication for status updates and approvals
Commercial Terms
- Payment schedules are specified per contract or proposal
- Invoices are due according to agreed payment windows
- Project delays caused by external dependencies may affect timelines
- Refunds or credits apply only where explicitly documented
Warranty, Support, and Liability
Implementation workmanship is covered for the warranty period defined in your agreement. Vendor hardware remains subject to manufacturer warranty terms.
Liability is limited to the extent permitted by applicable law and excludes indirect or consequential damages unless otherwise stated in writing.
